Description
Supply of school transport services for the 2025-26 academic year to transport 258 students from the Goonhavern/Perranporth area of Cornwall to Penair School (TR1 1TN).
The service is required from 03/09/2025 until 17/07/2026 during term time only and will not be required on INSET days and bank holidays. The is the possibility of a contract extension until 16th July 2027.
The service is paid for by the school, therefore fares are not required to be collected.
Bus routes are already established however loading list by postcode will be provided so that the supplier can put forward proposed routes, bus stops, number of vehicles and loading lists. Consideration should be given to suitable vehicles for route conditions and access limitations (narrow lanes, bridges etc.)
Pupils need to arrive at Penair by 08:20 and board buses at 15:00 each day (please note buses depart promptly at 15:10)
