Tender for the provider of Mental Health Residential and Rehabilitation Service at Hawkesbury Lodge, a newly refurbished 14 bed unit in Coventry, West Midlands, for the accommodation of suitable patients currently placed out of area. The provider will work with Trust care teams to rehabilitate patients with a view to individuals transitioning to supported accommodation or independent living.
