• An earthworks drawing for the Southern Access. This uses isopachytes to illustrate the engineered fill required to bring the site to suitable formation levels post topsoil strip. The volume of topsoil strip, the total volume of engineered fill, and the key assumptions made in the calculations, are given in the drawing legend.
• A Technical Note covering the drainage design for the wider Phase 1 area. This outlines the proposed strategy for the Phase 1 site, with accompanying model calculations. It also includes a section relating to the initial Southern Access construction phase.
