Description
The Authority seeks to appoint a supply partner to provide a CCDE system to support its new hospital development programme. The new Hospital programme is known as Healthier Futures.
The contract term is 6 years from 1 April 2026.

Weighting description
For the first stage ( The Pre-Qualification Stage) Bidders who respond YES to all questions will be forwarded to the next stage (The tender stage).
If a Bidder responds with NO for any question they will not be forwarded to the next round of evaluation (the tender stage).
The tender stage will have separate weighted award criteria which will be communicated with the release of the tenders.

The Authority has elected to conduct a two stage Procurement Process as follows:
1. The first stage (this stage) will consist of a selection process via a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to be issued.
2. The second stage will consist of an Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercise. Bidders who can meet the selection criteria in stage one will be forwarded to stage two and receive a tender.
