It is the intention of the Norfolk & Waveney ICB to award a contract to a single supplier for the provision of Courier and Associated Services within the ICB.
The scope of the proposed contract will include the following organisations:
~ Norfolk and Norwich NHS Foundation Trust
~ The Queen Elizabeth NHS Foundation Trust
~ James Paget University Hospital
However, it is also permissible that services from other Norfolk & Waveney ICB organisations may be onboarded during the lifetime of the contract to ensure regional service requirements are met.

Courier Services for Eastern Pathology Alliance for Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (NNUH), James Paget Hospital (JPH) and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
Network Logistics Solutions for NNUH, JPH and QEH to deliver daily logistic solutions to Community Services including but not limited too:
Pharmacy
Pathology
Blood Sciences
Microbiology
Medical Records
Equipment
Shuttle Service
The service is expected to be 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with Ad-Hoc work to be included.
