Tenders will be requested for the Supply, Installation, Training and Maintenance of the scanners.

The Company shall provide a minimum of 3 years on-site maintenance of the equipment including parts and labour and software upgrades.

Costing should be supplied for optional Year 4 and 5 support and maintenance of equipment including parts and labour and software upgrades.

Tenderers should provide a costing for the following options:

a. Year 4 support and maintenance of equipment provided under the Lump Sum Fee.

c. An additional 16mm scanner to the specification provided above, including delivery, commissioning and 3 years’ support and maintenance

d. Year 4 support and maintenance for additional 16mm scanner

e. Year 5 support and maintenance for additional 16mm scanner

f. An additional 35mm scanner to the specification provided above, including delivery, commissioning and 3 years’ support and maintenance

g. Year 4 support and maintenance for additional 35mm scanner

h. Year 5 support and maintenance for additional 35mm scanner

The Optional Sums are not taken into consideration in the tendering competition, but the Library may choose to order items from the Optional Sums of the winning tender.
