The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is inviting potential suppliers to participate in the tender exercise for a pre-configured, cloud-based, Housing and Asset Management solution. ExtraCare is seeking an "off the shelf" solution consisting of multiple interconnected modules or functions that can be individually deployed and subscribed to on an iterative basis; and which is a pre-built Microsoft Dynamics platform.
We are seeking a product suitable and proven for use within and designed specifically for our sector or the housing sector or later life living. We are NOT seeking a solution that requires a bespoke design and build.
It is intended that the contract will be awarded to a single Supplier.
ExtraCare are using a Restricted procedure, whereby any economic operator may submit a fully completed Selection Questionnaire ("SQ"), with a view to being shortlisted to participate in the Invitation to Tender ("ITT") stage.
The resulting Contract will be 5 + 1 + 1 years.
