The Authority is looking to procure a leisure management services operator across six sites within the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead:
- Windsor Leisure Centre (Stovell Road, Windsor)
- Braywick Leisure Centre (Braywick Road, Maidenhead)
- Cox Green Leisure Centre (Highfield Lane, Maidenhead)
- Furze Platt Leisure Centre (Furze Platt Road, Maidenhead)
- Charters Leisure Centre (Charters Road, Sunningdale, Ascot)
- Dedworth Community Leisure Centre (Smiths Lane, Windsor)
The operator will manage the centres and be entitled to the income yielded. The operator will then forward management fees to the Authority. The Authority anticipates a contract commencement date of 01/04/2025 with an initial term of fifteen years (with a five year extension).
Interested candidates should first submit a selection questionnaire, closing date 31/07/2024. The Authority then reserves the right to invite the three highest scoring candidates to substantive tender stage.
