two.1.4) Short description
Submissions are invited from operators who wish to be included in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of passenger transport, which will be divided into the following LOTS:
Lot 1 – Cheshire East Council Home to School Passenger Transport Provision - Mainstream Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND) and College
Lot 2 – Cheshire East Council Supported Local Bus Service Provision
The initial period of this DPS will be 8 years with further options to extend of 4 x 12 month periods. New applicants can apply to join the DPS during the course of the contract duration. The date at section IV.2.2) Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate, is stated as Noon on the 14th August 2023, please note that this is the first closure date of the DPS, and the DPS will run continuously until the end of the term and applications to join can be made at any time.
When completing online evaluations suppliers MUST complete Part 1 and 2 of the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) -2023 and then one or both of Part 3 depending on which LOT(s) are being applied for – these will be SQ Part 3 - Lot 1 - Home to School Passenger Transport and SQ Part 3 - Lot 2 - Local Bus Service.
