As part of the Transforming Cities programme, Norfolk County Council is setting out to provide a new, coherent and distinctive wayfinding system within Norwich to replace an outdated system and provide a richer level of information than at present. The Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the manufacture/design, supply and installation of 44 minilith totems in the City of Norwich. The requirement will also involve the removal/decluttering of 55 existing posts and totems.
