At this stage we are only seeking expressions of interest and as such no documentation is currently available. However, to help the Council scope its requirement, we would like to hear from potential contractors regarding potential approaches for delivery of the project e.g. combining the provision/install of the hardware and the design/production of the graphics as a single requirement or seeking separate contractors for the two elements. We would also be interested to hear about the current supply of the hardware such as lead times and supply issues and what the design process for the graphics may involve. Please could any feedback be received by midday on Friday 1st October. Feedback should be sent via the 'correspondence' facility on In-tend. This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council`s e-procurement system.
