The appointed security company must be an approved contractor under the SIA for the service being provided and;

Personnel deployed to service the contract must:

Hold an appropriate qualification for the tasks described at a minimum of Level 2 BY BIIAB, HABC, IQ, SQA or other equal and approved by the SIA.

Hold a first aid certificate or working towards it or willing to undertake a first aid training course.

Hold an appropriate driving licence
