This contract will provide a maintenance and repair service for all Laundry Equipment across the SPS estate. Supply and installation of replacement equipment is also within the scope if this contract.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
SPS require a supplier to provide support services for all industrial laundry equipment currently installed at 14 SPS sites.
The services include planned maintenance, inspection, reactive repairs and the supply of all OEM replacement parts.
Supply and installation of new laundry equipment is also required when existing machines reach end of life.
SPS operates a laundry located within each Establishment to provide the services to people in our care. This is a service which is critical to the day to day operation of each Establishment.
The equipment includes washers, dryers, ironers etc and the manufacturer of all currently installed equipment is Electrolux.
