NHS Southwest London Integrated Care Board (NHS SWL ICB) are inviting suitably experienced, qualified, and capable providers to provide their views and opinions for this opportunity - The Provision of Recovery /Crisis Cafes across South West London.

Currently, five Crisis Cafe Services operate across the six boroughs that make up NHS SWL ICB. The Crisis Cafes provide vital, non-clinical, community-based support for adults experiencing mental health distress. These out-of-hours services are designed to offer a safe, welcoming space where individuals can receive immediate emotional support, help to de-escalate crisis situations, and be signposted to appropriate ongoing care where needed. Further information on the service requirements is within the Service Specification that can be located using the SAP link below.

The purpose of the MEQ is to gather insights as part of the pre-procurement engagement so it is based on the current model(s) of delivery and therefore may change following the outcome of the engagement of service users and other stakeholders.
