Leicester City Council are looking to replace their current Electronic Care Monitoring

System for a home care provider based across the Leicester area. For our Reablement and

Integrated Crisis Response Service (ICRS) service. The current solution is to expire in March

2025, and it has become necessary to consolidate the solution from two separate solutions

into one which meets service needs and the growing ask on both the Reablement and ICRS

team. The solution sought is to work alone and not need to integrate with existing solutions

as these will be replaced by the new solution in its entirety.
