▪ Rubbish removal
▪ Offensive graffiti removal
▪ Pest control
▪ Hoarding dispersal

The successful supplier MUST be able to complete a clearance of a void property within 24
hours of being instructed that Cannock Chase District Council (CCDC) Housing
Maintenance has access to the site and to complete any external rubbish removal within 72
hours of the same instruction.
Where an instruction for any type of work agreed under the terms of this contract cannot be
delivered within the agreed timescales, every effort must be made by the supplier to inform
CCDC within one working hour of receiving the instruction or sooner so that an alternative
provision can be made by CCDC to ensure that the work can still be completed within
planned timescales to prevent any delays to its service.
