This framework agreement/competitive tender is for the provision of clearance and cleaning services in predominantly void (untenanted) social housing properties, but not limited to:

▪ Property and Garden Clearances (including roof/loft spaces)

▪ Pre and post cleaning of void properties

▪ Carpet cleaning

▪ Rubbish removal

▪ Offensive graffiti removal

▪ Pest control

▪ Hoarding dispersal

▪ Needle sweeps

▪ White goods disposal

There may also be occasions where additional contracted services are required including but not limited to:

▪ Collection and disposal of fly tipping

▪ Specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed

▪ Minor graffiti removal

▪ Hazardous waste removal

▪ Garage site clearances and disposal

▪ Decanting of resident’s personal effects to CCDC approved management site

The successful supplier MUST be able to complete a clearance of a void property within 24 hours of being instructed that Cannock Chase District Council (CCDC) Housing Maintenance has access to the site and to complete any external rubbish removal within 72 hours of the same instruction.

Where an instruction for any type of work agreed under the terms of this contract cannot be delivered within the agreed timescales, every effort must be made by the supplier to inform CCDC within one working hour of receiving the instruction or sooner so that an alternative provision can be made by CCDC to ensure that the work can still be completed within planned timescales to prevent any delays to its service.

This procurement is for a Contract between the appointed provider and the Contracting

Authority, to supply predominately services on an ad-hoc call-off basis, as

the volume of business on offer or to be awarded, and any volumes given are indicative only

and intended as a general guide. There is no commitment at the time of tendering from any parties outside of the Contracting Authority and this should be taken into consideration
