two.1.4) Short description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for cleaning services across the corporate estate.

This contract is divided into separate Lots as follows:

• Lot 1 – Corporate Buildings

• Lot 2 – Public Convenience

• Lot 3 – General Fund Residential Properties

BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for all Lots through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration.

It is anticipated that the contract will start on 01 April 2023 for a period of three years with the option to extend annually for a further two years (3+1+1). Therefore, if both extensions are taken, the full length of the contract will be for five years.

The scope and specification of the contract for Lot 1 is for suppliers to carry out cleaning services and some Washroom Hygiene Services across the BCP Corporate Estate of buildings, which may increase or decrease depending on service requirements.

BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for this Lot through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration.
