Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for cleaning services across the corporate estate.
This contract is divided into separate Lots as follows:
• Lot 1 – Corporate Buildings
• Lot 2 – Public Convenience
• Lot 3 – General Fund Residential Properties
BCP Council reserves the right to make adjustments to the scope of the contract for all Lots through either the addition or removal of sites throughout the contract duration.
It is anticipated that the contract will start on 01 April 2023 for a period of three years with the option to extend annually for a further two years (3+1+1). Therefore, if both extensions are taken, the full length of the contract will be for five years.
