two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Manor Estates Housing Association (MEHA) are seeking bids from contractors to service the R&M and Voids service. MEHA strives to achieve value for money in all its activities including reactive and void repairs, out of hours (OOH) service and may include Medical Adaptations, Kitchen and Bathroom Renewals.
The Contract will be for a period of 5 years; it will initially run for 3 years and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12-month periods at The Association discretion.
Work will be to the approximate number of units as listed below and in the attached address lists and any other properties that come under The Association management or ownership.
1094 properties in total 1078 in the City of Edinburgh and 16 in Fife
185 Common Area Block, 458 owners, 3 Community Buildings and 1 Office.
