A 45min presentation will be provided by the University of Dundee outlining the management services required and provide further background information. This will be followed by a tour of both the Innovation Hub and Incubator buildings. The University wishes to make all suppliers aware that in the interests of transparency, any questions that are raised either during the presentation or during the tour will be shared on the PCS portal (with the University response to those questions) with all suppliers that have noted interest.
The University reserves the right to record any questions received during the presentation and tour.
Please note: As the Innovation Hub is still under construction, personal protective equipment will be required for the tour (will be provided by the University). The University would politely request that all suppliers intending to attend in person provide their name and a note of their shoe size (for PPE purposes). There will be the opportunity for suppliers to also join the presentation remotely. Please provide the contact email address of those to be added to the presentation appointment for virtual attendance.
Visitor parking spaces are available by downloading the Ringo app and using visitor code 12650.
