THIS IS A NOTICE ON BEHALF OF HAMPSHIRE AND ISLE OF WIGHT FIRE RESCUE SERVICE (HIWFRS)

HIWFRS are seeking a supplier to provide a range of cleaning across the entirety of the estate.

The requirement will look at the following types of cleaning:

- Offices

- Transport Depots

- Workshops

- Training centres

- Warehouse facilities

- Restricted access specialist facilities (e.g. records storage, laboratories)

- Rooms containing contaminants

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

HIWFRS will be running a Restricted Procedure in order to appoint a supplier for the provision of Cleaning Services to their estate.

The requirement will look at the following types of cleaning:

- Offices

- Transport Depots

- Workshops

- Training centres

- Warehouse facilities

- Restricted access specialist facilities (e.g. records storage, laboratories)

- Rooms containing contaminants

The tender will assess various cleaning requirements, including:

- Experience relating to experience which covers fire contaminants or Vehicle Work Shop Cleaning

- Experience which covers multi-site geographically disparate locations and uses a mix of locally employed and mobile cleaning resources

- Experience of delivering 24/7 emergency support for cleaning

The award will be made to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, using a Price per Quality Point evaluation, assessing the following:

* Resourcing

* Health and Safety

* Staff Management

* Continuous Service Improvement

* Mobilisation Gateway

* Social Value & Sustainability

The contract will be let for an initial period of a 3 years and 2 further extension periods of 1 year being available.

The contract has an anticipated value of £3,800,000
