Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Cleaning Services.
The purpose of this procurement process is to identify a provider that is able to provide a professional cleaning service to the Trust as per the requirements listed within the specification document.
The Authority has seven (7) sites, and although they all have similar requirements, the contractual relationships are similar, as are the outputs, the Authority has adopted a seven (7) lot approach for this procurement.
Suppliers are able to submit a bid for whichever lots they wish and in any combination that they wish. Each submission for each lot is standalone and a full separate response is required for each lot to be compliant.

The Contractor is to provide a comprehensive cleaning and related domestic services provision to sites including, but not limited to:
• Scheduled cleaning
• Planned periodical cleaning
• Ad hoc/reactive cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Floor maintenance
• Ad Hoc soft furniture cleaning
• Spillage cleans
• External near site perimeter cleaning
• Sensory Room and Soft Play Area
• Ordering and replenishment of consumables
• Unpacking, stock check and move to store of all cleaning materials and consumables
• Handling bagging & removal of all waste streams to refuse area
• Flat packing of cardboard boxes and removal to appropriate refuse area
• Office Cleaning
• Water outlet flushing and recording
• Kitchen cleaning.
• Performance and compliance Auditing and reporting
• Hanging of cubicle and window curtains where required and in accordance with the appropriate cleaning frequency.
• Deep cleaning
• Clinical and non-clinical spaces
• Cleaning equipment and storage room cleaning
• Cleaning the waste compounds
