two.1.4) Short description

Network Rail wishes to procure a new framework for the provision of Reactive and Minor Works (RMW) requirements and will replace the outgoing framework for the Wales & Western railway region. The new framework will be running for an initial five year period, it may be extended further by 3 x 1 year increments.

The new framework is anticipated to go live by 1st April 2025 at the latest and will be a zero value commitment framework.

The framework scope will largely cover reactive / emergency works to Building and Civils assets as well as the ability to undertake planned works. The framework may also be used by our regional industry partners.
