Plus Dane Housing intends to enter into partnership with a contractor(s) to deliver repairs & maintenance and gas & electrical works services and associated services and works. This is split into 2 lots.

Lot 1: Repairs, maintenance, voids, planned replacements & associated works and services

Lot 2: Gas Servicing and Electrical works and associated compliance services

The contract will be for a term of 5 years. Plus Dane Housing may extend the Contract following the Contract Period for further periods of time up to a maximum of 5 years in aggregate following the submission and acceptance of a proposal for extension, subject to satisfactory performance.

The contract will be the ACA Standard Form Term Alliance Contract (TAC-1). Works & services are planned to commence in July 2022

Bidders are able to bid for individual or both lots. Tenderers should note that the contract does not give any guarantee of any volumes of work or exclusivity. TUPE applies to this tender.
