Plus Dane Housing may extend the Contract following the Contract Period for further periods of time up to a maximum of 5 years in aggregate following the submission and acceptance of a proposal for extension, subject to satisfactory performance. The contract will be the ACA Standard Form Term Alliance Contract (TAC-1). Works & services are planned to commence in July 2022 Bidders are able to bid for individual or both lots.
