The Council’s Healthy Lifestyle service is based upon having an administrative hub whose role is to manage and maintain contact with service users and manage and maintain all information held relating to the customer and the provision of service. This includes, but is not limited to, initial assessment of clients, the booking and communication of appointments / sessions, bulk communications with service users, tracking of post intervention outcomes and provision of information to the referrer to inform them of intervention progress and outcomes. The current contract in place is due to end on the 10th March 2024.
