The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading As the North East ProcurementOrganisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a multi-Supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of road traffic management equipment and services.

The Framework Agreement offers Contracting Authorities access to Suppliers who can undertake the following activities:

• Set up, maintain and remove traffic management as specified by each works order, including provision of all signs and cones.

• Temporary traffic signals

• Temporary lane closures

• Planned road closures

• Temporary road closure with fully signed diversionary route

• Mobile lane closures

• Provide 24hr emergency call out to any site that has traffic management in place

• Manufacture and supply of temporary works information boards
