This framework is to address the Council's Lifecycle Component Replacement projects which covers Works required to maintain the
operational life of a Council building.
Recent examples include:

- Window replacements
- Roof replacements
- Electrical rewires
- External resurfacing works
This is just a snapshot of the various trades which may be required.

As this tender is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) style of framework the closing date stated of 18th Jan is just to establish the initial framework and not a definitive deadline. Shortly after this date the opportunity to join the framework will reopen for anyone who didn't apply before this date. This will remain open for the term of the framework.
Any mini competitions run under the framework will only be open to those suppliers on the framework at that moment in time.
