As the second phase to their Hard FM procurement, Aberdeenshire Council will be publishing new tender opportunities – frameworks allowing the award of Lifecycle Component Replacement projects, individual Minor Works packages & jobbing works.
The first phase was in relation to appointing a sole contractor for Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance tasks – phase 2 is targeted towards enabling the Council to split individual projects & minor works orders across the most appropriate contractors available within the supply base.
