two.2.4) Description of the procurement
This tender is to procure grounds maintenance services for the schools in the Exeter PFI Contract (PFI Schools) (excluding Wynstream Primary school). TWMAT provide the management of this contract on behalf of the schools through their trading subsidiary Fusion School Services Ltd (Fusion).
The proposed Contract will involve the routine horticultural and other related maintenance of landscape areas including lawns, beds, hedges, trees, hard surfaces, and sports areas including natural pitches, high quality grass, tree surveys. All weather and certain other types of artificial sports pitches will be maintained by the Hard FM Contractor. Other maintenance work of a similar nature, including some landscaping, may be ordered as required and such work will be paid for in addition to the Contract Price.
The schools included in this tender opportunity are as follows:

5. West Exe School
The Contract shall extend for a period of 3 years +1 +1 option years from the Commencement Date.
