Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council wish to appoint suppliers to be included on a Print, Signage & Vehicle Livery Services Framework contract.

The framework contract term will be for a period of 2 years commencing on 1 March 2025 and ending on 28 February 2027 (plus the option of 2 x 12 month additional extension periods).

This framework contract for Print, Signage & Vehicle Livery Services Framework will comprise of 5 Lots as follows:

Lot 1 - General Printing

Lot 2 - Offset Printing

Lot 3 - General Signage & Large Format Printing

Lot 4 - Highways Signage

Lot 5 - Vehicle Livery

This contract is initially being let by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, however access to this contract is extended to other public sector organisations within the Tees Valley, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council and Middlesbrough Council. The requirements will vary from organisation to organisation and there is no guarantee that all organisations will participate in this contract in the future. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will only be responsible for their list of contract requirements. All other organisations will be responsible for their individual requirements and contract arrangement. Please note the estimated total value of the framework includes for all potential participants for the full term of 48 months.

This Lot relates to printing of key business stationery, financial stationery and general corporate documents, to include letterheads, business cards, compliment slips, pre-paid envelopes, flyers, posters, reports, forms etc. Finishing is to include perfect binding, saddle stitching, wire stitching, drilling, die cutting, folding, varnishing, laminating, trimming, creasing and perforation. These are to be produced to a standard corporate design as shown in the Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council Style Guide (included within tender pack). It is envisaged that this Lot will include print runs up to approximately 10,000 in rare instances.
