Runnymede Borough Council (the Authority") wishes to procure the services of a Supplier to provide a responsive Repairs, Maintenance and Voids Management service ("the RMV service") to the Authority for it’s Social Housing stock. As a consequence of its proposed contractual undertaking to the Authority, the Supplier will provide a comprehensive 24-hour responsive RMV service to all tenure types of the Authority’s existing residential social housing properties, and any and all of the Authority’s future social housing acquisitions during the proposed term, in accordance with the Authority’s requirements where these are detailed in the tender documents.
