The University of Lincoln is tendering for a service provider who can offer a shuttlebus service between our Brayford and Riseholme campuses in Lincoln. The Service will operate Monday to Friday on a scheduled service throughout the working day. The service is fully funded by the University and will be made available to University of Lincoln staff and students only.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The University of Lincoln is tendering for a service provider who can offer a shuttlebus service between our Brayford campus, within the centre of Lincoln, and Riseholme campus, located on the outskirts of the city centre. The Service will operate Monday to Friday on a scheduled timetable throughout the working day, for five days per week. The service is fully funded by the University and will be made available to University of Lincoln staff and students only. The contract length will be for an initial 2 years with an option to extend for a further 3 x 12 months, taking the total contract length to 5 years.

The contracting authority will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar days standstill period following electronic notification (minimum of 15 calendar days for any other means of communication) to applicants of the award decision.

This notification will provide the information that tenderers are legally entitled regarding the award decision.
