The Council is seeking to procure a Facilities Management (FM) Service provider to deliver its full range of FM services from 1st April 2025 3.3 It is anticipated the Facilities Management contract will broadly cover the following core services.

Hard FM

Soft FM

Management of Traveller sites

Security and commissionaire services

Property Service Centre

Various Managed Services

The above services are provided at specific services designated on the affected property list to more than 650 sites.

This opportunity will be run as a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance of the requirements of section 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations

It is envisioned the highest scoring 3 candidates from the selection stage will be invited to submit an initial tender, on review of these tenders the Council will determine if it wishes to enter into negotiation or not and reserves the right to award the contract based on these initial tender submission in line with the process detailed in the tender documentation
