Although the majority of requirements utilising the Framework agreement will stem from TfL business units, the Greater London Authority (GLA) will make use of the Framework.

Transport for London (TfL) is conducting a competitive procurement exercise for a Reseller and Associated Services Framework to provide commoditised hardware, software, cloud, consultancy and associated services. The contract term will be four (4) years.
Through this tender process, TfL intends to establish a Framework Agreement with 3 - 5 service providers to provide goods and services, including but not limited to, the following items:
- Hardware, support maintenance and associated consultancy
- Software licence, support maintenance and associated consultancy
- Configuration, Installation, Support and associated consultancy
- IT Consumables and associated consultancy
- Specialist training and associated consultancy
- Cloud products, services, and associated consultancy
- Display Screen Equipment (DSE) specialist requirements and associated consultancy.

TfL operates as a functional body of the Greater London Authority under the direction of the Mayor of London. Bidders should note that this procurement is being undertaken under the restricted procedure.
TfL reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process and may award the contract in whole, in part or not at all as a result of this call for competition. TfL shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any bidder in considering and/or responding to the procurement process.
Tenders and supporting documents must be priced in pounds sterling and all payments made under the contract(s) will be in pounds sterling, unless otherwise advised.
