Although the majority of requirements utilising the Framework agreement will stem from TfL business units, Greater London Authority (GLA) may make use of the agreement.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Transport for London (TfL) is seeking to undertake a procurement for a new Reseller and Associated Services Framework to provide commoditised hardware, software, cloud and associated services. This is the next iteration of this Framework and will replace the current Reseller and Associated Services (ICT12833) which is due to expire in February 2024.
The scope of this Framework may include the following items:
• Hardware, support maintenance and associated consultancy
• Software licence, support maintenance and associated consultancy
• Configuration, Installation, Support and associated consultancy
• IT Consumables and associated consultancy
• Specialist training and associated consultancy
• Cloud products, services, and associated consultancy
• DSE specialist requirements and associated consultancy.

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to:
- provide advance notice that TfL is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new framework;
- understand the market interest in this procurement;
- identify suppliers who would like to participate in the Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) as part of our Early Market Engagement (EME) process to provide the services outlined in this procurement.
Interested suppliers should register their interest in this procurement by sending an email message by no later than 2nd May 2023 to vedineepattar@tfl.gov.uk.
Your Expressions of Interest email message should clearly state:
• Subject Title: ICT14275 - Reseller and Associated Services Framework 3
• Supplier name
• Contact details
The interested suppliers will then be sent a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) along with guidance notes. Responses should be submitted by 9th May 2023.
Following an assessment of responses received from the MSQ, we may hold further follow-up sessions with individual suppliers to gather their feedback. This will help us to finalise our procurement strategy.
This PIN and the subsequent MSQ do not form part of a formal procurement process. TfL is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in any aspect of this EME exercise. TfL cannot guarantee it will incorporate all or any feedback received into any subsequent procurement documentation.
TfL intends to publish any tender exercise in relation to this proposed sourcing activity using SAP ARIBA.
