personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in

Angus. This procurement exercise is to establish a new framework. This is an opportunity for providers to tender for various Lots within the new framework.

This Flexible Framework is for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for 1 year.

Please note that Estimated Values given in this Notice are based on the maximum 4 year duration of the Framework.

The payment rates for the Service for all Lots will be determined by the Authority using the Predefined Pricing Model. Payment for all Lots is on a spot purchase basis. Full details of the rates and an explanation of the model are included in the tender documents. Within the duration of the period of the Framework, the Authority will consider changing from a spot to a block arrangement for services in the North West Rural Lot - Lot 5. Details in the tender documents.

A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

Tenderers must demonstrate that they are motivated to perform well in this respect where appropriate. Community benefits information is

to be submitted by Tenderers as part of their tender application where appropriate.

This will be assessed in relation to the Lot and the Lot Value.

Community Benefits offered should be relevant and appropriate to the Lot and should be proportionate to the value of the Lot.

All Tenderers awarded work through this framework agreement will be expected to provide such benefits and this will be monitored

throughout the duration of the framework.
