Section six. Complementary information

six.3) Additional information

The GLA and TfL organise events and visits to promote their strategic aims and business objectives, and engage with local, national and international audiences. A four year Framework Agreement will be established to develop, programme, produce and manage these events.

We propose to run an SSQ and ITT process which will include all of the requirements for the project. Further details on the registration process can be found below.

An engagement day will take place on the 10th of November 2022 at 10am for those interested, which will include a short presentation and time for questions.

The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to:

- provide advance notice that TfL is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new framework to support key stakeholders in the delivery of this framework.

- understand the market interest in this procurement,

- identify suppliers who would like to participate in a market engagement meeting. The market engagement will provide an opportunity for supplier's to engage with the authority and to inform the commercial team's approach, structure and requirements for the services.

All questions prior to or following the engagement day on the 10th of November 2022, to be submitted to MariaBramao1@tfl.gov.uk.

This PIN will be published for 30 days.
