Hull City Council is inviting tenders from suppliers with relevant experience and ability with sufficient capacity to deliver equipment and service solutions for events within the City of Hull. The successful supplier(s) must be able to deliver requirements in line with the events calendar and additional events as requested. This contract will allow Hull City Council to host a wide range of events throughout the calendar year. The requirements will be split into the following lots, each lot will be awarded to a single provider. Lot 1- Barriers, Signage, and Concrete blocks Lot 2- Tables, Chairs and Marquees Lot 3- Single Unit Portable Toilets Lot 4- Lighting Sound and PA equipment Lot 5- First Aid Provision Lot 6- Accommodation Units. Please note: the Authority shall be advertising an additional lot in due course. Lot 7 – Barrier installation services. The value of the lot per annum is approximately £20,000 - £25,000.
