The Consultant is invited to bid for various projects to existing buildings, for the preparation of all necessary specifications, contract documents, etc. It should be noted that some projects will involve all the RIBA Stages whilst others will involve only specific RIBA Stages. Typically projects will have a Cost range of 5,000.00GBP to 1,000,000.00GBP in construction value. Types of projects include inter alia laboratory refurbishments, office alterations, teaching room alterations, lecture theatre alterations, specialist workshop refurbishments, IT suit refurbishments, leisure facility alterations, library alterations to existing buildings of various types.
