The scope shall be for the Contractor to be responsible for Design and Construction of a warehouse referred to as Alex Dock Multi User Warehouse (MUW) based at Port of Liverpool.

The footprint of the warehouse is approximately 247,500 square foot and it is to be designed to maximise the clear internal height.

Car park area including EV charging, signage and white lining

Warehouse to be designed and built in line with current building regulations the Peel Ports Group HSE Fire Safety requirements.
