The key objectives of the tender are to implement a Reward and Wellbeing platform which:

• Enhances the employee experience using technology.

• Communicates the whole employment package (pay, benefits, recognition and wellbeing) to increase engagement, understanding and utilisation.

• Increases choice and flexibility for our employees and their family.

• Streamlines HR processes and enables online applications for all employee benefits.

• Promotes and enhances our programme of mental, physical, and financial wellbeing support and campaigns.

• Is inclusive by design.
