ARU require the graduation ceremonies to be live streamed to allow the friends and families of Graduands/Graduates to view from anywhere in the world. These ceremonies will then be made available for on-demand viewing – without charge to the viewer.The ceremonies are scheduled to be held across 3 different cities twice a year, normally in July and November. The stream must be available through a web browser on all devices such as desktops, laptops and mobile devices etc and all operating systems including Android and IOS, and to all viewers, worldwide. All streaming and recorded videos must also include English Language subtitles – Subtitles must be accurate and cross checked if automated. In addition to the filming and streaming of the ceremonies the supplier must provide large display screens at the ceremonies which play a pre-recorded video whilst guests are being seated. The AV supplier must provide all audio-visual equipment for our graduation ceremonies to support the live streaming and filming of all ceremonies. This would include, but is not limited to, cameras with tripod and platforms, display screens, laptops, mixing desk for sound, microphones for use on lectern and lapel mics for speakers etc.The AV supplier must also supply all staff and technicians required to ensure the smooth running of all AV both during the lead up to the event and the event itself, including but not limited to, production manager, vision mixer, camera operators, sound engineer, runner and webcasting technician etc.
