The Contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of the midlife renewal works including but not limited to:
• Management and delivery of the detailed design and development works
• Validation of the site investigations and survey information
• Access planning and control
• Contingency arrangements and planning
• Logistics
• Labour resources
• Plant and machinery
• Quality assurance of ballast materials supply
• Delivery of the renewal works
