Network Rail High Speed Ltd is engaging with the market to conduct early supplier engagement through an online event to be held on 08 October 2021. This is for high output ballast refurbishment works on the high speed route.
Directly after the supplier engagement event there will be a PQQ issued for this procurement. This will be managed via bravo - https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk

Network Rail High Speed Ltd have identified the need for the refurbishment of high output ballast for 15km of track for both the Up and Down roads (30km in total) in CP3 from Year 3 (April 2022) to CP3 Year 5 (March 2025).
The Contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of the midlife renewal works including but not limited to:
• Management and delivery of the detailed design and development works
• Validation of the site investigations and survey information
• Access planning and control
• Contingency arrangements and planning
• Logistics
• Labour resources
• Plant and machinery
• Quality assurance of ballast materials supply
• Delivery of the renewal works
