As part of The Moray Council’s Occupational Therapy Service, there is a requirement to provide a variety of Stairlifts, Ceiling Tracks and Mobile Hoists, to the service users of Moray, who have been identified requiring through assessed need. The contract is to supply and maintain the equipment in various locations throughout Moray. in addition to the Occupational Therapy Service requirements the contract may be accessed by other council departments should there be a requirement.

The bidder is required to confirm that (to the best of their knowledge) there are no material post balance sheet events or other business issues arising since the date of the last audited financial statements that materially impact the economic and financial standing of the economic operator.
