Gwynedd Council are wishing to establish a contract to carry out a comprehensive inspection and servicing of the following :

Air Conditioning Units

Air Handling Units

Air Extraction Units

Air Cooled Chiller Units

Fire Dampers

Fume Cupboard Testing

To all Buildings as managed by the Property Unit, Gwynedd Council.

This tender will be evaluated on the basis of 70% Price, 20% Technical and 10% Social Value.

The contract will start in February 2022 and will run for 3 years, with the potential for up to an additional 2 years extension option.
