To meet the Council’s statutory duties and manage the risks associated with tree stock, including hazardous defects and direct impacts on grey infrastructure, the Council is seeking a provider of tree inspection services to undertake proactive tree inspections of approximately 150,000 across the Borough on a rolling annual basis, as well as supporting with insurance claims relating to trees and reactive enquiries from Councillors, MPs and members of the public. Staff provided to work on the contract are required to have a formal Arboricultural Qualification to Level 3, to have completed a Professional Tree Inspectors course and have a minimum of 2 years experience of inspecting trees post qualification.The deadline for submissions is 13:00hrs Monday 25th September 2023.
