This requirement is for close cleaning, window cleaning and office cleaning services. CVHA reserve the right to add additional works related to cleaning services and will negotiate any additional costings with the winning bidder.

All sections of the SPD will not be applicable to this contract. Bidders should refer to Document A and Document M for further guidance and, if required, utilise the Ask a Question feature if any elements of the SPD or contract documentation are unclear.
