The purpose of this PIN is to initiate market engagement. It is not being used as a call for competition. It is intended to:
1. inform the market of the upcoming procurement for NEPTS being commissioned by CIOSICB and therefore enable the market to begin to plan for this;
2. advise of the upcoming market engagement event on 26/09/2022 at 9.30am ;
3. engage with the market to help inform the specification and requirements for an upcoming procurement.
Providers who express an interest will need to complete and submit the confidentiality declaration which includes details of the market engagement event. You will then be invited to complete a market engagement questionnaire; the deadline for submission of the completed market engagement questionnaire and register to attend the market engagement event is 08/09/2022 at noon, however providers are encouraged to respond as soon as possible.

The aim of this project is to procure a NEPTS service for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that includes:
• non-emergency patient transport
• secure mental health transport
• high dependency transport
• car service
The service will provide people relevant access to the right type of transport for their health needs, improved quality of services and value for money.
The purpose of this PIN is to initiate market engagement. It is not being used as a call for competition. This PIN is intended to:
1. inform the market of the upcoming procurement process for the non-emergency patient transport service being commissioned by Cornwall and Isles of Scilly integrated Care Board (ICB) and therefore enable the market/potential providers to begin to plan for this; and
2. advise of the upcoming market engagement event which will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 26 September 2022 starting at 9.30am with presentations from commissioners about the Non-emergency patient transport service procurement; and
3. engage with the market to help inform the specification and requirements for an upcoming procurement process.
